Islamise is built upon Sharia-compliant principles. Users must ensure that:

• Interactions with experts and other users are respectful and dignified.
• No content promoting hate speech, violence, indecency, or anti-Islamic sentiments is posted.
• Financial transactions (Donations, Shop) are used for lawful and ethical purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Islamise and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Expert Consultations

Advice provided by scholars or experts on the platform is for educational and spiritual guidance. It should not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Islamise is not responsible for the personal opinions expressed by independent experts.

6. Payments, Donations & Refunds

• Shop & Courses: Prices are quoted in the local currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Donations (Sadaqah/Zakat): Donations are generally non-refundable once processed to the beneficiary.
• Refunds: Refund requests for shop items or courses must be made within 7 days of purchase, subject to our Return Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Islamise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
